Strata Advisor
Rick Chang, the founder of Strata Advisor, has established a successful strata business from scratch and sold the business recently. Rick has extensive experience in managing schemes (strata plans, community plans and BMC etc.) and establishing & managing business. Rick has also provided consultation for more than 20 new developments ranging from 2 lots to a few hundred lots.
